Blaine Bouquets is a locally owned, female -led flower delivery & gift shop serving Blaine, Semiahmoo, Birch Bay & Whatcom County. We create beautifully sourced, thoughtfully arranged floral designs using fresh, regionally sourced flowers with every budget in mind. Local Flower delivery available, we do same day deliveries as well.
We Specialize in flowers for weddings, funerals, everyday occasions, and special events. We're honored to be a preferred florist for weddings at the breathtaking Semiahmoo Resort and beyond. We offer personalized consultations available in person, by phone or zoom.

My daughter on Vancouver Island ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from Blaine Bouquets. I was impressed immediately with their quality and beauty, and the shop’s ability to relay my daughter’s quirky message perfectly as she intended. But what’s really impressed me is the longevity of this beautiful bouquet! Photos taken 5/9 (delivery day), 5/13, 5/19 and 5/25 (today) and I am STILL enjoying them! With the recommended maintenance and water additive provided by the shop, these are on course to last a full month. Outstanding! 💐

I called to place an order with specific color and flower choices all within a price range. I didn't have the address, i called back. I asked for the wrong delivery date, called to change it. I cannot express how accommodating the staff was. The arrangement was perfect.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife for Valentine’s Day . Blaine Bouquets delivered a beautiful arrangement with great flowers of my choosing . The arrangement has lasted 2 weeks and she is still enjoying it . First class😊👍

I had the best experience with Blaine Bouquets. It was my bestie's birthday and wanted to celebrate her and had found a bouquet I liked on one of the national flower sites. I called Blaine Bouquets and they were able to make a beautiful arrangement. I was kind of picky wanting it to look like a birthday arrangement that would blend in with Thanksgiving as it is the following week. THEY DID IT!! They also delivered it early so she could enjoy it for her whole special day. The personal touch was an added bonus. I can't thank you enough. She loved it!!

I ordered centerpieces, cut flowers and decorative bowls for a corporate event. The centerpieces exceeded my expectations and they received so many compliments from our guests.
